As we maneuver these extraordinary circumstances, we feel a very serious responsibility to not only protect our employees and customers against the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) but to also maintain operations for those with transportation needs. We’ve been hard at work, adjusting business operations so that you can feel assured about doing business at Rodland Toyota. We wanted to let you know the actions we are taking to keep our team members and guests safe:
All employees are wearing masks. We have masks available for our guests upon request.
Plexi glass barriers and social distancing signage can be seen throughout our dealership. Our customer lounge has been rearranged so that every chair is 6 feet or more apart. Employee accommodations have been made to reflect the 6 foot distance rule as well.
We have increased janitorial services to disinfect high touch areas (keyboards, phones, light switches, buttons, door handles, pens, work surfaces, etc.) An all-hands-on deck approach is being taken, where all employees are being asked to participate in the facilities cleanliness. We also have “Sanitation Coordinators” from every department, dedicated to continual improvement
Hand sanitizer pumps are strategically placed all throughout the dealership for your convenience and are available for all team members and guests.
As of Monday June 5th, our café is now open for limited refreshments. Our café attendant is on staff to personally assist you. Only the espresso bar and pre-packaged food and beverages are available.
Our children’s playroom is temporarily closed.
Every car brought in for service is provided a complimentary “courtesy spray” of BioPledge disinfectant, including driver’s door handles, steering wheel, seat, and shift knob. Vehicles used for test drives, trade appraisals, and display are all disinfected before and after each use. We have provided disposable gloves and masks to our employees to handle customer vehicles.
Frequently wash your hands with soap for at least 20 second and use antibacterial gel. Do not touch your eyes or mouth.
It just makes good sense.
We have mandated this for our employees and kindly ask our guests the same.
Our service guests have the ability to view their bill and pay remotely via cell phone. We also offer remote pickup and delivery upon request.
