I never write reviews, mostly out of forgetting to do so. But I wanted to give a shout out to Nick Rodriguez at Rodland Toyota. I've been using Rodland Toyota for several years and the customer service has always been wonderful. I probably should have wrote a review sooner with everyone I've worked with. As a female trying to figure out car stuff on her own...it's important to me to feel comfortable and not pressured. For me, it's always a little awkward navigating the whole lease and buying process. Nick was super friendly and helpful and really put me at ease in this process of ending my lease and transitioning to a new lease or whatever options were going to work best for me. Felt like talking to an old friend and everyone there has been so kind and understanding and fun to work with. I have yet to have a bad experience with the people there. So kudos to you Rodland! It's hard working in customer service sometimes, so I hope Nick and the team there know how much they are appreciated. I've been a long time customer because of their service and I hope this review, if anything, brightens their day a little bit. Thank you!

Purchased at the used lot, took to the new dealership for an oil change (better appointment time that day), and it's been nothing but friendly, kind, energetic people -- if they see you stand around any and everyone will ask how they can help. The lounge is great, complete with a lovely woman asking if she can get anyone fresh brewed coffee (and thoroughly sanitizing the toys in the kids play area, parents!) Unfortunately this kind of service and experience is rare now, but Rodland is crushing it!!! Will only be using them for all my vehicle needs. Thank you, Rodland team!!

I just a very smooth experience leasing my new RAV4 Hybrid at Rodland Toyota. I highly recommend asking for Jesus Vazquez, he is very professional and made the entire process quick and stress-free. He answered all my questions about the lease terms and handled most of the paperwork. The entire leasing process was very transparent and quick.

Arrived for 1:30 oil change appointment and was politely told it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours. NOT! Unacceptable!

Got denied test drive of new rav4 because I am planning to shop around. basically they dont wanna talk to you if you dont buy the car right away. I wasnt offered any chance to see the car, check the interior, and refused test drive. I didnt even get a chance to see the numbers. Zero sales pitch. Also forgot to mention, I called probably 4-5 days ago to inquire availability and he confirmed I can test drive it. If theres any audio recording please review it or not doesnt matter. I will be avoiding this dealership from now on.

This place is all about dineros ‼️Last week my father came into your dealership because his check engine light came on. Your service team told him it would be $250 to verify/diagnose the issue. Before moving forward, he went to a local auto parts store, where they scanned it for free and found the cause was simply a loose fuel cap. Tightening the cap resolved the issue. I understand that detailed diagnostic work has a cost, but in cases like this, I’m asking that your team perform (or at least offer) a quick preliminary check—such as confirming the fuel cap is tight and doing a basic scan—before quoting a $250 diagnostic fee. It would have saved time for everyone and avoided an unnecessary charge for a very simple fix. Please consider making this part of your normal process going forward.

Service department has refused to fix my failing back latch. It will not open or close randomly. Because it is random and they did not witness the failure they will not call in an order under my purchased warranty. Bottom line is I have a back latch I have to physically force open rather than them just fixing it! The excuse they do not know what is wrong is not good enough! Vehicles are expensive! I also purchased an extended coverage package! These have a documented history of the motor failing! They have no excuse not to just replace it based on my experiences with it and the history of failure! These doors are very difficult to open and almost impossible for me due to shoulder surgery! I called the contract providers, they said it is covered someone just has to call in and make the request but Rodland Toyota refused because they did not witness the failure? So I guess I am lying? And I’m just stuck with this happening? Unfortunately when you buy from them the maintenance is through them! I recommend you avoid buying and go somewhere that has a better maintenance record. While sales has a good review, maintenance does not! And it is the maintenance your stuck with for the next several years…..

Service department review. Yesterday I had an appointment at 10 am. The service guy told me it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. I needed to leave by 11:45. At 11:35 I talked to the service guy and he said it would be another 30 min. I asked what is the purpose of an appt if they don’t honor it. I will not be using them for service again I would give them 0 if I could.
