About Us
Rodland Toyota is a third generation family owned Toyota dealership that was founded on the principal
belief of investing in people. That belief is still held today. We want to assure anyone looking to join our
dealership family that we believe it is our duty to help make all of our team members successful. We are
looking for positive, upbeat, individuals who want to be a part of a premier team and grow together.

What is the employee count of the dealership?
We roughly have 100 to 115 employees on our staff.
Is the shop heated? Air conditioned?
The shop is heated and well ventilated.
What tools does the shop provide for technicians?
We provide all the basic tools for an entry level technician, including oil filter wrenches, tire tread gauges, brake measuring tools, and all necessary sockets and wrenches. They also shadow another technician to ensure the policy is the same for a week. Maybe: Entry level technicians shadow/train with another experienced technician to ensure all policies are followed.
Do you have break rooms?
We have 4 breakrooms throughout our two dealership locations, ensuring each department’s convenience.

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer full tuition reimbursement for Toyota’s T-Ten Program through Shoreline Community College. All ASE certification testing fees are also paid by Rodland Toyota.

What is the employee performance review process like?
Each manager meets with their respective teams on a quarterly basis to review personal goals and needs.
Do you have an online application?
We do! Our online application process is powered by Indeed. All resumes go to the corresponding manager of the department you are applying for.
What do in-person interviews entail?
Our first in-person interview is with the manager(s) of the department you are applying for, followed by a final interview with our senior management staff.
