All Toyota's sold to Canadian customers must be Pre-Owned. According to regulations set by Toyota, all new Toyota models can only be sold by US dealers to US customers.
Here are some steps to follow to ensure that your purchase and border crossing go smoothly:
1. Please provide 2 items of necessary Non-Resident identification, including picture ID, such as follows (this will exempt you from Washington State Sales Tax):
- Current Drivers License
- Utility bill with matching address dated with in the last 30 days
(no PO Boxes)
2. Fax completed 'US CUSTOMER AND BORDER PROTECTION VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT WORKSHEET', the title (front and back) and the signed Buyers Order and Odometer Statement copies to the Border Office prior to crossing.

3. Wire Transfer funds to Rodland Motor Company. Have your bank contact the Business office manager to get further wiring instructions. The funds must clear the bank prior to releasing the title and the vehicle for delivery (this may take 2-3 business days). This must be done 3 full days prior to the date of export.
4. Verify that your Province does not require any equipment that our vehicle does not have, i.e. daytime running lights, engine block heaters, proper seat belt positioning.
