I can see why this dealership has been in business for 99 years. Last night I bought my "used" car at Rodland. The experience was like being at Nordstroms. It was great. I will certainly be back, and I would recommend this dealership to others. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I did experience the Signature difference and oh, what a difference it is... Darryl and Jerry were both relaxed, friendly, and available. No pressure here, just pure, authentic, good business...
I always call Jim in service. He gets me in immediately, understands exactly what I want done without much explanation and always has my work done right the first time and on time.
My filters needed to be replaced in my vehicle and the service department showed me my old filters and explained the benefits of replacing them. The gentleman who serviced my vehicle greeted me after my car was done and introduced himself, explained what was done to my car, the benefits I should see, and thanked me for being a customer. I felt that my patronage to Rodland Toyota was appreciated!
Jason completely exceeded our expectations. He even personally washed the car we drove in while we were in financing our vehicle. That was WAY above and beyond and it really impressed us! It also impressed us that as young as he is, he's worked there since he was a teenager, having started out washing cars.
I was very impressed with the extraordinary team work of the sales staff. Rob, Colin, and Brian are very professional! It must be a genuine pleasure to work in your environment. I will send anyone I run into that's considering a new car to those gentlemen!
A huge thank you to Colin Miller and Tom Staniford for taking the worry out of purchasing a new car. Dana Plagmann and Lindsay Rodland in the rental department were also very helpful in the time of our need for a 4WD vehicle during our brief snowstorm. We rented a 4Runner the first day of the snowstorm. Other rental agencies didn't have any 4WD vehicles available so I called Rodland and Dana set us up with the 4Runner. Thank you all!
John Yi, our salesperson, was the most informed auto sales consultant I have ever encountered. He was extremely concerned with meeting and exceeding our expectations!
We all had so much fun at Rodland Toyota. I asked the salesman what is with this dealership? How is it so different from the many horror stories one hears of people's car buying experiences? I was told the people who work at Rodland are proud of their product, they like what they do and who they work with and the sleaze sale simply doesn't fit in with their business model. I was impressed!

I just wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service/ client relations ability of one of your sales reps, Brett Lange. Brett helped me lease my Toyota Corolla three years ago from Rodland Toyota and he has always responded immediately to any of my calls regarding any questions I have, currently concerning leasing another Toyota. I have been so pleased and actually astounded by the customer service Brett has provided, that I believe that I will ALWAYS lease or buy my vehicles from Toyota in the future. Customer Service is pretty much obsolete in America and it is so refreshing and well-worth it for anyone to stick with not only a company but also a specific dealership (in this case) for all future purchasing needs. I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the Rodland Toyota service staff for assisting my family with our Toyota 4Runner. My wife's 4Runner was not starting correctly for a few days and then just died. We were looking into starters to get the vehicle up and running again when your service department pointed out that it may be the contacts. This diagnosis, which was correct, waved us a lot of money and time. Needing a reliable vehicle to driver our two small children around is vital and to have a company work with us to fix the problem in the most efficient, cost effective, manner was greatly appreciated. They were even able to get our vehicle in the very next day. Everyone was very helpful with our constant phone calls and questions. Two people that were particularly helpful were Les Chase and Anthony Spansel.

We will continue to come to Rodland Toyota for our automotive needs.

The sales staff was very nice and polite, yet personable. The office staff respected our space when discussing the purchase. No one interrupted or gave us bad vibes.
At our age 83 and 85, we decided that Rodland was the closest and best. Had a few experiences with them about our 4Runner and when we decided to stop and check, our salesman was great and did a super job and didn't pressure us and hung in there with us.

Due to job insecurity, needed lowest price options, but only Rodland understood, and even had the perfect one. Dear Mr. Rodland,

I just purchased a certified 'Pre-Owned' Toyota Tacoma 4X4 from your company and wanted to tell you of my experience. I say 'Pre-Owned' because it is a 2009 with only 3,700 miles at the time of purchase. Hardly Pre-Owned.I had planned to keep my 1996 Tacoma 4x4, which had been the most reliable vehicle I have owned in 40 years. Long story short, Dave Moir managed to unravel my plans! He found me a truck on your lot that met my needs perfectly. Dave was easy to work with, with none of the usual pressure you experience at other dealers. On top of that, he's easy to talk to, and he listens to his customers which can be rare these days.

What I have found to be really unique about your dealership is the way I've been treated after buying a pre-owned vehicle. From the moment I bought the truck, there has been no distinction between new vehicle serviceand the service I've received for a pre-owned truck. I visited the Service Department for 2 warranty issues and they were handled more than professionally. The same with the Parts Department. I appreciate the attention to detail and great service I've received from Rodland Toyota. It may be a small thing to you, but to me it made the normally painful buying experience a good one. I'll be back and I won't hesitate to send my friends to you!

On behalf of my wife and myself, I would like to thank you for the wonderful treatment we received in the purchase of a beautiful, used Certified tan and white 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser on December 21, 2009. Starting with sales consultant Rob Olsen who took the first test ride with us late at night, to Jeff Sweeney sales consultant, who also took a test ride with us a few days later to our home to see how the FJ cruiser would fit into our garage. We didn't buy the FJ that day, but I returned 3 days later to speak with either of them who were both busy at the time. I was introduced to Wendy Cliffton, who listened to my concerns and immediately went to work helping to see if a deal could be made. She called your Used Car Manager John Woods who made a decision that helped us to make a deal that we could accept, as well as take care of Rodland Toyota. A final person I want to recognize is Joy Edwards in Finance. I told her when we were through the final details, 'she truly lived up to her first name'.

I was amazed, delighted and very, very pleased with everything yesterday. Jim was in charge of getting my car serviced. He couldn't have been nicer. The quote was for $189, and when the car was ready (after only 1 hour & 10 minutes!), he told me that the oil filter didn't need changing and so he had deducted $21 from the price of the servicing. Needless to say, I would never have known one way or the other!

The showroom area was spotless and I was able to use your computer to do some email.

I promise you I'll be back whenever my Toyota needs tender loving care!
